Will Daugherty

Senior Analyst and General Counsel

Will Daugherty joined BlackRidge shortly after its founding in 2011.  After graduating with a degree in Financial Economics from Centre College in 2007, Will spent three years with KeyBank in their Oil & Gas group in Dallas, Texas.

At KeyBank, he assisted in the origination, underwriting, and management of over $1 billion in debt commitments, primarily comprised of participation in senior secured revolving debt facilities in the oil and gas exploration and production space. Will returned to Kentucky in 2010 to pursue a J.D. at NKU’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. 

At BlackRidge, Will provides financial analysis for project return evaluation, and assists in document preparation for oil and gas activities.  Will is a member of Kentucky Bar Association.
